1. What We Collect

UFLX TV collects minimal data to operate the service:

• Your IP address (used to prevent abuse of the request/shoutout features and to count unique visits)
• The channel you are watching and approximate session duration (anonymous analytics)
• A session ID stored in your browser's local storage to maintain your channel selection
• Any name, area, or shoutout text you voluntarily submit via the request or shoutout forms

2. YouTube & Google

All video content on UFLX TV is embedded from YouTube. When a video plays, YouTube's servers are contacted directly and YouTube may set cookies or collect data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). We have no control over or access to the data YouTube collects during video playback.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect to:

• Operate the live request and shoutout system
• Prevent spam and abuse (IP-based rate limiting)
• Understand how the service is used (anonymous viewing stats)

We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising purposes.

4. Data Retention

Session and analytics data is retained for up to 12 months. Shoutout submissions and video requests may be retained for operational purposes. You can request deletion of any data associated with your IP address by contacting us.

5. Cookies

UFLX TV itself does not use tracking cookies. We use browser local storage to remember your last-watched channel. YouTube may set its own cookies during video playback — see Google's cookie policy for details.

6. Your Rights
